Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PKM Universe — the website at pkm-universe.com, the PKM Universe Reborn Discord community, and any associated bots, tools, or services we provide (collectively, "the Service"). By using any part of the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age permitted by Discord in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Discord Community Rules
While participating in the PKM Universe Reborn Discord you must follow the rules pinned in the server's rules channel and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans at the moderators' discretion.
3. Trading Bots
- Pokémon distributed via our trading bots are provided as-is. We make a best effort to ensure they are legal under each game's encounter rules, but we do not guarantee acceptance by Pokémon HOME or Nintendo's online services.
- Trades are free. We do not sell Pokémon or accept any form of payment in exchange for them.
- Excessive abuse of the bots (spam requests, attempting to exploit bot bugs, requesting illegal/banned species) may result in being denied bot access.
- The bots are provided "as available". We may take them offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, our servers, or other users' accounts.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, scam, dox, or send malware to other users.
- Use the Service to distribute illegal content or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Run automated scripts, scrapers, or bots against the Service without prior written permission.
- Impersonate moderators, staff, or any other person.
- Evade bans by creating alternate accounts.
5. Content Ownership
The PKM Universe brand, website design, and original written content are the property of the PKM Universe Reborn community owner. Pokémon-related names, images, and assets are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PKM Universe is a fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or any social media platform.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of game saves, banned in-game accounts, or lost trades.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of these Terms survive termination.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
